专利说明:

The invention relates to a sink, in particular a kitchen sink, according to claim 1. The sink has at least one basin with a bottom and a circumferential side wall and at least one outlet opening in the bottom.
It is well known to provide such sinks with a removable partition (or partition), which can be mounted in the basin to divide the pool as needed into two separate pools.
Rinses of this kind are e.g. in US 8 635 718 B1, US 2015/0 128 339 A1, US 7 721 362 B2, CN 103 510 590 A or CN 101 716 066 A. Flushes of the type mentioned above may have a first rectilinear groove in the side wall, which first groove extends to the bottom, and a second rectilinear groove in the side wall opposite the first groove, which second groove extends to the bottom. These grooves are designed to use a usually plate-shaped partition, which can be fitted watertight in the first and the second groove. The partition usually has a peripheral edge, of which a first portion is adapted to be inserted into the first groove, of which a second portion is adapted to be inserted into the second groove, and of which a third Section, which is arranged between the first and the second section, is adapted so that it comes into contact with the ground. At least one seal may be mounted on the rim in its first to third sections to provide a watertight seal.
The object of the present invention is to provide a sink of the type mentioned above, which can be divided by a partition in two separate basins, which sink can be made without undue cost and at the same time for a secure watertight seal between the Spülenseitenwand and the Partition provides, even with sinks, which are made by deep drawing of a relatively thin sheet material.
This is achieved by means of a sink having the features of appended claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the inventive sink are defined in the dependent claims.
According to the present invention, a sink, in particular a kitchen sink, on: at least one basin with a bottom and a circumferential side wall; at least one outlet opening arranged in the bottom; a first rectilinear groove in the side wall, which first groove extends to the bottom; a second rectilinear groove in the side wall opposite the first groove, which second groove extends to the bottom; a plate-shaped partition wall for watertight fitting into the first and second grooves, which partition wall has a peripheral edge, of which a first section is adapted to be inserted into the first groove, of which a second section is adapted to be can be inserted into the second groove, and of which a third portion, which is arranged between the first and the second portion, is adapted to come into contact with the ground in the installed state of the partition wall; at least one seal mounted on the peripheral edge in the first to third portions thereof; and at least one first bead for increasing the stability of the sidewall attached in the sidewall near the first groove, the first bead extending substantially perpendicular to the first groove, and at least one second bead for increasing the stability of the sidewall Bead adjacent the second groove, which second bead extends substantially perpendicular to the second groove, wherein the first bead and the second bead are disposed on a same side of the partition when the partition is fitted in the first groove and the second groove , and wherein the first and the second bead are arranged substantially at an equal distance to the upper edge of the basin and / or in an installed state of the sink in a common horizontal plane.
As already known from the prior art, the sink according to the present invention, at least one basin, which basin has a bottom and a circumferential side wall. At least one outlet opening is located in the bottom of the basin. The first and second rectilinear grooves are mounted in the sidewall, which grooves extend to the bottom for watertight fitting of a plate-like partition wall. The partition wall has a peripheral edge of which a first portion is adapted to be inserted into the first groove of which a second portion is adapted to be inserted into the second groove and of which a third portion is adapted so that it comes into contact with the ground in the installed state of the partition wall. The third section is arranged between the first and the second section. In addition, the partition wall comprises at least one seal which is mounted on the peripheral edge in its first to third sections.
In order to increase the stability of the side wall, in particular at the onset of the partition, and to avoid any deformation to the outside, whereby a formation of the watertight seal could be prevented, in particular when rinsing of deep-drawn sheet material, at least one first bead in the Side wall mounted near the first groove, which first bead extends substantially perpendicular to the first groove. In addition, at least one second bead is mounted in the side wall near the second groove, which second bead extends substantially perpendicular to the second groove. According to the invention, the first and second beads are disposed on the same side of the partition when the partition is fitted in the first and second grooves. In addition, the first and the second bead are arranged substantially at an equal distance from the upper edge of the basin and / or in an installed state of the sink in a common horizontal plane. It could also be said that the first and the second bead lie in a common plane or extend in a common plane.
The first and the second bead effectively increase the stability of the side wall of the sink, so that it does not deform when inserting the partition, so that a very cost-effective solution is provided for the problem underlying the invention.
In a further embodiment of the sink according to the present invention, the sink has two first and two second beads in the side wall, which can be arranged on opposite sides of the partition wall, respectively, when the partition wall is fitted in the first and the second groove ,
In addition, this configuration increases the stability of the side wall of the sink and at the same time allows the placement of accessories such as a sieve or cutting board which are placed in the basin and rest on the first and second beads - especially if the partition is not fitted is.
In another embodiment of the sink according to the present invention, the sink may have two outlet openings in the bottom, which are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the partition when the partition wall is fitted in the first and the second groove. In this way, the basin of the sink can be divided into two completely independent basins by means of a dividing wall, whereby each basin has its own outlet opening for the separate emptying of the respective basin.
In a preferred further embodiment of the sink according to the present invention, the partition may be made of plastic or of a synthetic material or of metal. The material of the partition is preferably suitable for coming into contact with food. This type of partition would be sufficiently stable, inexpensive, lightweight and hygienic. In addition, a partition of this type could be used as a cutting or dulcimer and thus provide for increased flexibility of use.
In a still further embodiment of the sink according to the present invention, the dividing wall has two different sides, each side having a different material composition and / or a different color. In this way, the dividing wall could be used for reasons of hygiene, for example as a chopping board for vegetables (one side) and for meat (other side).
In order to increase the flexibility of use even further, the partition may include a knife sharpener in yet another embodiment of the sink.
In order to facilitate the use of the partition wall, the partition in a still other embodiment of the inventive sink near a fourth portion of its peripheral edge, a handle or a handle hole, wherein the fourth portion is disposed opposite to the third portion, i. at an upper edge of the partition when in use.
For aesthetic reasons and to favor easy installation, according to another embodiment of the inventive sink, these may have a rectangular shape, preferably with rounded corners.
In yet another embodiment of the sink according to the present invention, the sink can taper towards the ground, which requires a corresponding taper of the partition. This allows easy insertion of the dividing wall into the grooves, since any frictional contact between the dividing wall and the sink wall occurs only during the very last step of insertion. In this connection, the side wall including the first and second grooves is preferably inclined by 2 to 3 degrees in the direction of a horizontal plane, which plane is defined by the sink rim (or by a worktop in which the sink is installed).
In order to further improve the watertight seal, the seal according to a further embodiment of the inventive sink three individual sealing beads, wherein a first sealing bead is disposed on a first lateral side of the edge of the partition in the first to third sections thereof, wherein a second seal bead is disposed on a second lateral side of the edge of the partition wall in the first to third portions thereof, the second lateral side facing away from the first lateral side, and a third seal bead being mounted on the peripheral edge between the first and second seal beads. In this way, the first sealing bead comes into contact with a first side wall of the first and the second groove, while the second sealing bead comes into contact with an opposite side wall of the first and the second groove. The third sealing bead, which is mounted on the peripheral edge of the partition wall between the first and the second sealing bead, comes into contact with the bottom of the first and second grooves and with the bottom of the sink. In an alternative configuration of this seal, the first and second sealing beads need not be present in the third portion of the dividing wall, which third portion is adapted to contact the bottom of the sink.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the seal need not have a third sealing bead in the first and second edge portions of the partition, which first and second edge portions are provided for insertion into the first and second grooves.
In yet another advantageous embodiment of the inventive sink, at least the third sealing bead has a different shape than the first and the second sealing bead. Preferably, the third sealing bead at least partially has the shape of a triangular prism whose tip is remote from the peripheral edge, while preferably the first and the second sealing bead have a round or oval cross-section. In this way, the first and the second
Sealing bead optimized for contacting the side walls of the first and second grooves, while the third sealing bead is optimized for watertight contacting the bottom of the sink.
For reasons of hygiene and durability, the seal in a still further embodiment of the sink according to the present invention may preferably consist of a silicone material or the like. It should adhere firmly and thoroughly to the material of the partition.
As already indicated above, in a still further embodiment of the sink according to the present invention, the first and the second bead designed as a support or support for a sink accessory, preferably a chopping board or a strainer, while the sink preferably additionally comprises the accessory , In this way, the flexible use of the inventive sink can be further increased.
In yet another embodiment of the sink according to the present invention, the bottom has a raised portion, which raised portion extends between the first and second grooves, preferably the entire distance between the opposite side walls of the sink. The raised portion, the tip of which preferably has a flattened or planar configuration, is intended to come into contact with the seal of the dividing wall in the third portion thereof. This improves the watertightness of the bulkhead seal and helps to deliver drainable liquids to the respective outlet port of the bottom, if any. In addition, the increase improves the stability of the sink bottom, which adds to the quality of the watertight seal through the dividing wall.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the inventive sink, the first and the second groove have a rectangular cross section, preferably a cross section in the form of an isosceles trapezoid, while the partition wall has a complementary cross section, at least along its peripheral edge in the first and the second Section. The Applicant has found that such a configuration of the grooves and the dividing wall further improves the stability of the sink while additionally increasing the quality of the watertight seal.
Finally, in a still further embodiment of the inventive sink, the basin may have different shapes and / or sizes on the respective sides of the first and second grooves or on the respective sides of the dividing wall when the dividing wall into the first and second grooves is fitted. This further increases the flexibility of use of the sink according to the invention.

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a sink 1 according to the present invention, but without the partition wall (see Fig. 2). The sink 1, which is designed as a kitchen sink, without limitation, has a basin 2, which basin 2 is delimited by a bottom 3 and a peripheral side wall 4. In the bottom 3 there are two outlet openings 3a, 3b, which have a round shape The sink 1 additionally has a first rectilinear groove 5 in the side wall 4, which first groove 5 extends from an upper flange edge 4a of the side wall 4 to the bottom 3 In addition, the sink 1 has a second rectilinear groove 6 in the side wall 4 opposite the first groove 5, which second groove 6 also extends from the edge 4a to the bottom 3. In addition, the sink 1 has an elevation 3c of the bottom 3 which 3c (in cross-section) takes the form of a triangular prism with a flattened tip 3d, which elevation 3c extends between the first groove 5 and the second groove 6.
The first and the second groove 5, 6 are provided and adapted for insertion of a plate-shaped partition wall, which will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIG. 2.
Referring again to Fig. 1, the sink 1 has a first bead 7a mounted in the side wall 4 near the first groove 5, which bead extends substantially perpendicular to the first groove. In addition, the sink 1 has a second bead 8a, which is mounted in the side wall 4 near the second groove 6, which bead extends substantially perpendicular to the second groove 6. As shown in Fig. 1, the first bead 7a and the second bead 7b are disposed on the same side of the partition wall, as will become apparent below with reference to Fig. 2. First, one could also say that the bead 7a and the bead 8a are arranged on the same side with reference to the tip 3d of the riser 3c. Moreover, the first and second beads 7a, 8a are substantially equidistant from the upper edge of the bowl 2 (ie the rim 4a) and / or in a built-in state of the sink (see Figures 8 and 9) in a common horizontal level arranged. In addition, it can be stated that the beads 7a, 8a are arranged at substantially the same distance from the bottom 3.
Fig. 2 shows the sink 1 of FIG. 1 with a partition wall 9 inserted into the grooves 5, 6, while it comes into contact with the bottom 3 at the same time at the top 3d of the elevation 3c. At reference numeral 9a, the partition 9 has a handle or a handle to insert or remove the partition 9.
In addition, it can be seen from Fig. 2 that the above-mentioned outlet ports 3a, 3b (see Fig. 1) have been covered by strainer basket inserts or the like indicated by reference numeral 3f.
It should be noted that in Figs. 1 and 2, the first and the second bead 7a, 8a are respectively arranged on both sides of the elevation 3c or the partition wall 9, in both cases substantially at an equal distance from the upper edge (Edge 4a) of the basin 2. These beads 7a, 8a effectively stabilize the side wall 4 around the first and second grooves 5, 6, whereby the quality of the watertight seal through the partition wall 9 can be improved. In addition, the beads 7a, 8a can be used as a support or support for a sink accessory (or a plurality of sink accessories).
3 and 4 show an alternative design of a sink, which sink 1 (in the plan view) has an overall shape which differs from the rectangular shape according to FIGS. 1 and 2. Referring to Figs. 3 and 4, the pelvic portion to the left of the elevation 3c has other dimensions than the pelvic portion to the right of the elevation 3c. However, it should be understood that the present invention is by no means limited to the exemplary purging forms of each of FIGS. 1, 2, or 3, 4. A sink according to the present invention may take any form, including round (circular) shapes and so-called freeforms, which do not correspond to a regular geometric shape. Apart from these differences, the sink in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 corresponds to that in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, so that no further explanation is required in this regard.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a partition wall 9 of the present invention. The partition wall 9 has a plate-like overall shape and in the embodiment according to FIG. 5, a grip hole 9 a to insert and remove the partition 9. The partition wall 9 has a peripheral edge 9b which has four sections: a first section, indicated by the reference numeral 9c, which is provided and adapted to be inserted into the first groove 5 (see Figures 1-4); a second portion 9d opposite to the first portion 9c, which is provided and adapted to be inserted into the second groove 6 (see Figs. a third portion 9e which is disposed between the first portion 9c and the second portion 9d and adapted to come into contact with the bottom 3 in the region of the heightening 3c (see Fig. 1-4); and a fourth portion 9f near which the grip hole 9a is located. Substantially along the first to third sections 9c-9e is provided a seal 10, preferably of silicone, intended to provide the watertight seal between the partition wall 9 and the side wall 4 along the grooves 5, 6 and the bottom 3 (elevation 3c ) (see Fig. 1-4). A preferred embodiment of the seal 10 will be explained below with reference to FIG. 7.
In addition, Fig. 5 can be seen that the partition wall 9 - apart from its rounded corners - has the geometric overall shape of an isosceles trapezium, wherein the edge portions 9 c, 9 d are inclined to each other, so that each portion 9 e smaller (shorter) than that Edge portion 9f is. Preferably, this corresponds to a configuration of the sink 1, in which the side wall 4 tapers from the edge 4a to the bottom 3b, preferably with a slope of 2 to 3 degrees.
The preferred embodiment of the partition wall 9 (see Fig. 5) may have different colors on the opposite sides 9g (others not shown) thereof, or may include use of different materials for the opposite sides of the partition 9.
Fig. 6 is a detailed perspective view of the groove 5 or 6 in the side wall 4 of the sink 1 according to the present invention. It can be seen from Fig. 6 that the grooves 5, 6 also have a cross-section corresponding to an isosceles trapezoid, which will be explained below with reference to Fig. 7. The grooves 5,6 extend straight from the edge 4a to the bottom 3 and terminate in a transition region 4b between the side wall 4 and the bottom 3, in which transition region 4b the sink 1 has a rounded configuration. In contrast, the tip 3d of the elevation 3c is flattened (no groove).
